Celebrating our 2025 Core Value Award winners

Celebrating our 2025 Core Value Award winners

At JK, our core values are the foundation of how we serve our customers, support one another, and grow as an organization. They guide every interaction and every decision we make across the enterprise.

During our recent Enterprise Town Hall, we continued a favorite JK tradition: celebrating employees who bring these values to life every day. Through peer nominations, colleagues recognized team members who go above and beyond. This year’s winners demonstrate outstanding dedication and commitment, and we are proud to celebrate their achievements.

Below are the honorees of JK’s 2025 Core Value Awards. Please join us in congratulating them!

When you think about our core value “Together We Succeed,” it’s easy to think of Christa Moore and David Henderson. They don’t just work alongside each other – they work as one team in support of a critically important government client.

Christa and David regularly step outside the lines of their job descriptions to make sure complex, high-impact moves come together smoothly. They’re the ones connecting the dots between departments, double-checking details, and making sure everyone has what they need to do their part.

What really stands out is how they do it. They listen, they communicate openly, and they treat everyone with respect. They’re a clear example that when we share the work and the wins, we truly succeed together.

The smart strategies he brings to the table aren’t just about numbers, they’re about building trust and long-term relationships.

Even with a full schedule, Clarke makes time for his teammates, especially new team members. He checks in, answers questions, shares what’s worked for him, and wants to see others succeed, not just himself. Care and Respect – Brand Promise Award

JK Brand Promise - Care & respectTabytha Thompson, Senior HR Manager

If you’ve ever worked with Tabytha, you know why she’s being recognized for Care and Respect. She has a way of showing up in the hardest moments with calm, compassion, and clarity. Whether she’s helping someone through a tough conversation or guiding a leader through a sensitive situation, people walk away feeling heard, respected, and supported.

Tabytha’s role isn’t easy, but she handles it with steady grace. She actively listens, asks thoughtful questions, and makes space for differing perspectives, while still keeping company standards and expectations front and center. That balance of empathy and accountability is a big part of why so many people trust her.

This past year, when a team member went out to start a family, Tabytha quietly took on additional responsibilities to keep things running smoothly. She learned new processes, built out clear SOPs, and did it all without disruption to the business. She doesn’t look for credit; she simply sees what needs to be done and does it – always with a positive attitude and a genuine smile.

Tabytha’s everyday actions – how she listens, how she communicates, and how she cares – are a true reflection of our Brand Promise. She doesn’t just talk about care and respect; she lives it, and in doing so, makes JK a better place to work for all of us.
