We’re thrilled to announce our recognition in Talkdesk®’s fourth annual CX Innovators Awards. These awards highlight clients utilizing Talkdesk’s contact center solutions to elevate customer experiences and enhance outcomes throughout their buying journey. CX Social Impact Award Winner

JK extends its commitment to excellence into the communities we serve. Our dedication to social impact initiatives includes support for community farming, sustainability, veteran assistance, and employee diversity.

CX Awards - JK interns at the JK Community FarmThe JK Community Farm, the cornerstone of our social impact efforts, provides organic produce and protein to hunger relief programs in Loudoun, Fairfax, and Arlington Counties, as well as Washington, DC. By the end of 2023, we estimate the Farm will have distributed 245,000 pounds – equivalent to 196,000 meals – to families experiencing food insecurity in our region.

Additionally, JK spearheads initiatives like the JK BoxlessMove® program, reducing waste by offering reusable plastic bins for commercial moves. JK’s sustainability efforts contribute to saving 4.5 million pounds of waste from landfills annually. Furthermore, JK established our Belonging and Inclusion Council in 2021, underscoring our commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) across the organization. The Council develops and manages programs like an enterprise-wide mentorship program and other DEIB projects.

AI Innovator Award

JK Moving faced the hurdle of managing rapid business growth that led to increased volumes. To meet the demand and ensure exceptional service, we implemented Talkdesk in 2020. Over time, we expanded our usage significantly, utilizing more than 150 licenses across various departments.

In 2023, we strategically integrated Talkdesk’s AI tools, including Talkdesk Workforce Management™, Talkdesk Agent Assist™, and Talkdesk Virtual Agent™ to further elevate our customer care and streamline operations. This integration enabled us to predict call spikes using AI-generated insights and automatically assign agents during volume surges. With Talkdesk Agent Assist™, we achieved a 37% increase in calls and reduced call abandonment by 7%, all while maintaining a minimal 11% increase in contact center headcount.
