There are always winners and … those who do not win.
After all, years are often defined by great achievements and spectacular failures. Thinking of this, we’ve tried to put the year in perspective. After going over 12 months of our headlines and most-read stories, here, in no particular order, is our selection of the winners and losers in Greater Washington business for the year of 2019 AHQ2 (after HQ2).
