Yes. Many projects start with a single capability, such as IT relocation or storage. Because every capability runs on the same project plan, you can add others later without bringing in a new vendor or rebuilding the schedule.

Can one company handle the move, the IT, the storage, and the space we’re leaving?

Yes. Project management, IT relocation, crane and rigging, warehousing and storage, industrial logistics, and decommissioning can be combined into one project plan. You get one team accountable for the whole project instead of a separate vendor for each piece.

Can you move heavy equipment and machinery?

Yes. When equipment can’t fit a freight elevator, our IOMI-certified crane and rigging crews plan the lift, the path, and final placement. For industrial sites, machinery moves are sequenced around your production schedule.

What happens to the furniture and equipment we’re not taking with us?

Our decommissioning services cover asset management, asset disposition, IT decommissioning and recycling, cable abatement, and space restoration. Items you want to keep can go into our warehousing and storage until you need them.

Do you manage multi-location and nationwide projects?

Yes. Capabilities can be phased site by site under one project manager, across the DC metro area, the Northeast, the Mid-Atlantic, the Southeast, and the South Central and Western U.S.

How is a commercial project priced?

Pricing depends on the size of the space, the volume of furniture and equipment, the distance, and the capabilities involved, such as IT disconnection and reconnection, crane and rigging, decommissioning, and storage. Most commercial projects are quoted after a walkthrough rather than sold at a flat rate.
