What is JK Cares?

The JK Cares program matches in-house senior relocation specialists with active and older adult customers. The purpose of this program is to assist older adults with the often stressful process of downsizing and/or leaving a residence after many years. 

Our customer service teams are trained and experienced in working with senior clientele, and have the knowledge needed to assist with specific parameters set by many active and older adult communities (elevator management, building protection, move-in/move-out scheduling windows).

What does the Program offer?

JK offers a full service relocation experience, and provides direct access to hundreds of Senior Move Managers across the country who have vast experience in the emotional aspects of older adult relocations.

Our services include:
-Packing and unpacking
-Traditional moving services
-Settling in services (hanging drapes, pictures and ceiling fans, setting up computers and TVs)
-Debris pick up
-Access to a network of Senior Move Managers across the country (we serve as your connection and resource)

 What experience does JK have in working with active/older adults?

JK has been the preferred relocation provider for Leisure World of Virginia, one of the largest IDI Group Communities in the area for more than ten years.  Plus, we have Certified Moving Consultants working closely with several other active adult communities in the Metro DC area and across the country.
