PLANNING to Minimize Disruptions

> Move Manager.  First and foremost, your Move Manager works closely with you for all planning, move-day help, and post-move follow-up to ensure that your entire move runs smoothly and according to plan. Our Move Managers are trained project managers with extensive experience overseeing relocations.

> Schedule.  We arrive on time – every time – and we finish on schedule. But we do this with a powerful difference from what most companies can offer.

> Certified Employees.  We use only our own, full time and highly trained and professionally certified employees. Most movers don’t offer this because of the cost, but it is the only way we can then offer our signature service, The Boxless Move TM.
FLEXIBILITY AND COMMUNICATIONImage
Scheduling a move can be a complicated process that requires you to coordinate between external requirements such as telephones, electricity, utilities, and government agencies, in addition to business considerations and staff needs. We have the size and infrastructure that allows us to be responsive to your scheduling needs:

> Single Point of Contact.  You get a single point of contact for all your move coordination needs.

> Equipment and Staff.  As an independent company, we own our own destiny.  We own and maintain all our own trucks and equipment and employ our own staff of professionally-trained movers - no contractors!

> Latest Technology. On move day, our teams use NEXTELTM cellular telephones to facilitate communications between our staff and dispatchers, your staff and facilities managers.

PROPERTY PROTECTION

We maintain one of the lowest claims rates in the industry in part because we minimize the risk of damage to your office space by preparing your facility with protective padding and coverings.

A few examples of our extensive building protection policies and procedures include:

> Covering marble, hardwood, slate, high gloss tile and other sensitive flooring surfaces with three layers of protection - clean moving pads, corrugated cardboard, and masonite.

> Protecting carpeting with path-right floor guard, a plastic that bonds to the carpet to prevent slippage and protects the carpet from dirt and stain damage.

> Protecting walls, doors, door jambs, and elevators against the possibility of dings or nicks.

> Protecting glass doors and elevators with Mat-A-DoorTM brand thick, padded material.
