Scope: Achieves national account sales revenue goals and objectives as established by Vice President, Sales & Marketing. Professionally represents the company in selling moving and storage services to national business market. Supports and implements the policies and procedures of JK Moving & Storage. Assures compliance with all applicable Federal and State Laws. Qualifications: Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration preferred. Demonstrated experience selling to a national market. Experience/Training: Minimum three years’ of sales experience required. Duties and Responsibilities: • Solicits companies for ongoing household goods relocation opportunities. Follows a defined account development and management process. Performs a thorough needs analysis and identifies JK services that meet a company’s specific relocation needs. • Performs on-site moving surveys and estimates for transferees of national accounts who are relocating out of the local market. • Networks and markets company services within the target markets. Creates opportunities for future business. Develops and maintains relationships with corporate decision makers regarding employee relocation services. • Prepares professional and comprehensive bid proposals to prospective customers. Personally presents proposals and contracts to prospective customers. Completes sales paperwork accurately and timely. Documents all proposals/estimates and communicates customer expectations to Move Coordinator and operations. • Maintains consistent follow-up on pending proposals and maintains information in JK database (salesforce.com) in addition to all sales and marketing activities. Maintains updated account profiles to assure proper billing. • Prepares necessary documentation in order to submit work orders for registration. • Responds and follows-up on customer questions and issues prior to, during and after a move. Assists in resolution of billing, claims or collection issues. • Achieves quarterly performance standards as mutually established with Vice President, Sales & Marketing. • Maintains and updates calendar of appointments. Regularly monitors e-mail and voice mail for customer and company communications. • Submits required sales and expense reports accurately and timely. • Attend all branch and Corporate sales meetings, conferences, training seminars and trade shows as required. • Achieves a minimum of a 4.5 average on customer survey responses. |
