Katie Northrop has more than 20 years experience in all aspects of international shipping and household goods management. As head of JK’s government and move management divisions, Katie designs custom relocation packages for private sector companies, government agencies, and the military.

Northrop started the government and move management divisions, creating and implementing processes and systems for scheduling surveys, supplier management, auditing processes, training new employees on every individual contract, as well as managing relocations and deliveries anywhere in the world. Her experience as a claims manager, as well as a logistics manager for contracts and supplier agreements provided her with the knowledge base to develop our team to its highest potential.

Prior to joining JK, Northrop worked for Interstate Van Lines. She completed the AMSA Leadership Program, the AMSA Advanced Claims Analyst Program, and the AMSA Claims Analyst Program, as well as FAIM Training for Quality Certification. In short, when it comes to moving individuals and families around the world with extraordinary precision, and providing tremendous quality control, Northrop is the expert.
