Andrea BunchVice President, Human Resources With more than 25 years of experience in human resource management, Andrea Bunch works to ensure every JK employee has the skills and resources necessary to provide unparalleled customer service while helping employees excel. Bunch oversees recruitment, training, automation, and employee benefit and incentive programs. These programs, which she has helped to institute, include tuition and employee assistance, health and wellness initiatives, company-paid profit sharing and safe harbor 401(k) savings plan, flexible spending programs, company and employee paid ancillary benefits. Under her leadership, JK maintains one of the industry’s highest retention rates at seven-plus years.
Prior to JK, Bunch supported Department of Defense (DoD) and government contracts for 13 years, and a large Occupational & Environmental Health Services Company for nine years. More than five years of her career included temporary and permanent relocation of employees around the globe.
